Herzing University annually publishes an Annual Security Report for each campus location in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), the Campus Sexual Violence Elimination (SaVE) Act, and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). These reports include institutional policies regarding campus security, alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, and the reporting and investigation of crimes. The reports also contain information about students’ rights under Title IX and investigation procedures for Title IX complaints. Additionally, the reports list crime statistics for the previous three years concerning crimes that occurred on that campus, in certain off-campus buildings used in support of university activities, and on public property immediately adjacent to or accessible from university property. These statistics are gathered from reports of incidents made to campus staff and crime reports from local law enforcement agencies in the campus’ jurisdiction. If you have any questions or would like to request a paper copy of this report, please email the office of the Chief Compliance Officer at consumerinfo@herzing.edu.
