While searching for schools, I began speaking with a college recruiter to find the school that fit my specific needs. That recruiter had introduced me to Herzing, and I decided to reach out for more information. After an informative call and doing my own research, I realized that this was definitely the school for me.
You see, I had someone important in my life taken from me before their time. That incident had made me realize that I wanted to earn a degree in legal studies so I could bring justice to those that need it. From what I saw, Herzing’s legal studies program was exactly what I needed. I dove right in.
While earning my degree, I found myself facing some personal obstacles. The encouragement and empowerment the staff gave helped. My legal classes were amazing, and I was able to do things at my own pace. The classes with Professor Charles Quixley stood out the most to me. His classes were by far the most enjoyable and most informative I had.
After gaining some real-world experience, I would like to go to grad school and become an attorney. My advice for students is to follow your heart. This field requires a lot of hard work and dedication, so staying on task is important for your success.
