When I found out that Herzing was a partner with my employer in Akron, I realized this was a perfect opportunity to continue my education! I’ve always been interested in IT, and I figured it would be a natural fit for me. I jumped right in and applied.
Time management with a full-time job and two part-time jobs was a struggle, but all my instructors were helpful and understanding while I navigated it. I loved my classes because of their sizes and the fact that I could see practical applications for what they taught in my future career. The other students were also engaging and friendly, which is always a huge plus!
Though I’m already employed, I’m currently focusing on working toward a raise in the future!
