I wanted to be prepared for a more successful, varied career path with new opportunities at a school that was reputable and accredited. I knew that an MSN would help me advance my career, and my coworker highly recommended Herzing. These factors got me to enroll in the program, and I’m so happy I did!
The instructors, clinical advisors, financial aid team, and help desk – all were friendly, informative and wonderful! That support was appreciated, as life doesn’t stop for studies. I planned a wedding, moved out of my parent’s home, got a new job and adopted a puppy while attending Herzing! It’s been a busy time, and the help to stay on track was incredibly valuable.
In addition to the great support from faculty and staff, the program’s structure was really helpful. It was organized into eight-week courses that gave me valuable experiences for my career. The clinical practicum portion was the most crucial, as the hands-on learning turned out to be very useful in the real world.
I already have job opportunities at the VA where I currently work. A leadership position is what I’m currently after, and I think I’ll be able to get where I want to be.
The program was a lot of work, but so worth it. I had a wonderful experience, and so will future students. Just put your all into it and you’ll come out on top!
