I discovered this program through my workplace and decided to apply, impressed by the numerous resources available to support students.
When I first started, I found that balancing my job, school and motherhood was a challenge. I overcame this by prioritizing my schoolwork and maximizing my productivity during the week. The student advisors and tutors were also invaluable in assisting me with questions and homework, keeping me on track.
My advice to future students is simple: if you believe you can accomplish something, you absolutely can! Nothing is out of reach. It may take dedication and hard work, but with perseverance, you will reach your goals. Stay focused!
I currently work in sterile processing, and my next step is completing the second part of the Surgical Technology program. Can’t wait to get started!
