When my previous college closed down, I thought my life was over and I would never become a nurse. Then I discovered Herzing University. They were my lifesaver!
Herzing helped me finish my nursing degree in just one year. This was a huge deal to me considering I had already been in school for two and a half years.
I feel like everything I learned and experienced at Herzing has helped prepare me for my future career. I hope to work as a pediatric nurse and eventually plan on continuing my education to become a nurse practitioner. Specifically, I want to work with pediatric oncology patients. I absolutely love children and have wanted to go into oncology from my very first time meeting a child with cancer. Seeing how amazing those kids are really inspires me.
My advice for you is to work hard and practice good time management. But most importantly, DO NOT give up!
