My daughter was the one who introduced me to Herzing University when I was looking for a program to complete my BSN. My daughter was enrolled in the BSN program at the Brookfield campus, and she convinced me to give Herzing a try. I am so happy that I did.

Herzing’s nursing courses helped me grow professionally, and my instructors gave constructive feedback that helped ensure my success in the program. I had excellent instructors who were dedicated to helping me learn, and they truly got to know each of their students. At my former school, I did not even know my instructors; I had to teach myself the course material.

Herzing’s DEGREE UP program and the flexibility of its online RN-BSN program were both huge advantages to me as a student. Being able to complete some of my courses at the local technical college was wonderful, and, although I was an online student at Herzing, I was still able to go to the local campus to meet with my professors when necessary.

After studying at Herzing, I feel that I am better prepared to be in a leadership role. I am currently working on completing my master’s degree as a nurse educator.

I am extremely grateful for the learning experiences that I had at Herzing. Herzing reminded me that I am able to do anything that I put my mind to – that it was possible for me to obtain my BSN and that it’s possible for me to complete my MSN and become a nurse educator. Thank you, Herzing!
