I already had experience in the Criminal Justice field and decided to go to school at Herzing so that I could further myself and my education.
During my time here, Herzing’s advisors were very helpful, and always available when I had questions. My instructors provided valuable feedback to me and continuously encouraged me to complete my assignments on time and correctly.
Even though I’d say all my courses were helpful, the course that made the most significant impact on me was Corrections Counseling. This course taught me how to handle different situations and how to rehabilitate offenders to reduce recidivism in my current career. I think it will be really useful during my career and can’t wait to apply what I’ve learned in the field!
