While searching high and low for a school that would meet my scheduling needs, I found Herzing. I knew that I wanted to pursue a healthcare career and that becoming an LPN would be the next step to take, so I applied.
During my journey, I faced challenges when it came to balancing time during clinical hours. It was certainly difficult to find someone to watch my child during them, but I persevered and found a way!
Herzing pushed me to finish strong. I’d like to give a huge shout-out to Professor Stephanie Howard, as I wouldn’t have been able to succeed without her help!
Now that I’m a grad, I have an LPN opportunity lined up at a local hospital. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for me!
