I wanted a change in my life and job. I wanted a degree program where I could learn more about the business side of healthcare and apply what I already knew from previous experience. I was also looking for an online program, and Herzing University had many great reviews.

I pursued my bachelor's degree in Health Information Management (HIM) while working as an LPN night shift nurse. I completed my major in less than two years!

All of my HIM and coding classes were valuable to my career. I am going to also take my certified coding specialist (CCS) exam thanks to the coding classes at Herzing University.

My advice for anyone wanting to apply to Herzing University is don't hesitate – just jump right in. If you have previous credits, that can get you to your goal faster. This degree program will open doors for you.
