Atlanta Campus Hosts Healthcare Career Fair for Senior Healthcare Students and Graduates

Current seniors and graduates gathered at Herzing University’s Atlanta campus on Tuesday, August 9, for the first annual Healthcare Career Fair. As a part of Herzing University’s focus to prepare students for the workforce, Herzing’s healthcare faculty and Career Services Department presented the fair for current senior healthcare students and graduates who have earned a degree in a healthcare program from Herzing University.

Representatives from Atlanta VA Medical Center, DeKalb Medical, Grady Memorial Hospital, KindTouch, Northside Hospital, Piedmont Healthcare, Regency Hospital, Signature Healthcare of Marietta, and WellStar Health System participated. Students and graduates had the opportunity to talk with these various healthcare organizations and community partners about employment and the nursing experience at their respective organizations.

Students and graduates also participated in mock interviews and resume workshops with faculty. Herzing University offers a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and the Associate of Applied Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in the Healthcare Management and Health Information Management programs.
