Herzing Teamed Up with Habitat 4 Humanity
Nov 16, 2016
Herzing University-Brookfield students, faculty and staff volunteered their time helping Habitat 4 Humanity build a home for a local Waukesha family. On October 22, 2016, the group spent the day painting, insulating and working on the foundation of the new home. Everyone had a great time participating in the community project, and the campus plans to work with the organization again in the summer of 2017.
Habitat is always looking for groups or individuals to volunteer in a variety of ways, from office work to construction projects. Anyone interested in the Waukesha branch volunteer opportunities can reach out to Tyler Iscra at tyler@habitatwaukesha.org.
