Herzing University Atlanta Announces Henry Herzing Scholarship Recipients at Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta Senior Awards Ceremony
Herzing University Atlanta recently partnered with Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta (BGCMA) to provide tutoring and to mentor students. In addition to offering these resources, Herzing Atlanta offered scholarships to six deserving senior members. Thursday, May 19th at the annual Senior Awards Ceremony, Amber Murphy Raines, Director of Community Partnerships, along with Brandon Glasco, Admissions Advisor, and Tiara Hector, Sr. Career Development Specialist at Herzing Atlanta, announced the scholarship recipients.

Recipients were chosen based on applicants’ community involvement, recommendations from Boys and Girls Club staff, economic need, and other academic achievements. Herzing University Atlanta awarded two partial scholarships and four full-tuition scholarships. These scholarships support the BGCMA’s goal to help members build a foundation of success for tomorrow and Herzing’s goal of supporting a community of learners in Metro Atlanta through collaboration and partnerships to fulfill the mission and public educational purpose of the University.
