This document is requested when students indicate that they are or were in the military. The student becomes eligible for the HU Military Appreciation Grant when approved documents are received.
Acceptable documentation includes the DD-214 Member 4 or Service 2, the most recent Leave and Earning Statement (LES) or a copy of the student's active duty orders.
