I had been a CNA for quite some when I decided I wanted to further my education at Herzing. Given how things went, I’m so happy I made this choice. The program was quick, and I got my degree less than a year after starting. Seriously, this was the best decision I’ve ever made!
I encountered challenges in my anatomy and physiology course, but through hard work and dedication, I earned a B! Clinicals presented some difficulties too, but they provided valuable hands-on learning experiences that equipped me with new skills for my career.
I’d like to leave future students with this advice: if you want to go back to school, do it and don’t let anyone stop you! I was scared to go back, but I’m proof it’s possible. I’m about to walk the stage with a new title. That feels so incredible!
Now that I’m finished, my next step is to start working in the field. After that, I’m planning on returning to school for either my LPN or BSN – maybe even both! I truly love this school and appreciate everyone at Herzing who helped me get here. Thank you so much!
