Program to Train Nurses Begins at Herzing University - Orlando

The Expanding Role of the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

Those interested in training to become a registered nurse can pursue a 3-year BSN degree at a school known for individualized attention and career-focused curriculum. Herzing University’s Orlando campus is offering a new bachelor of science in nursing degree for 2012.

“With our aging population, the field of nursing will just continue to expand,” said Heather Antonacci, president. “With the number of employees retiring and the increased need for skilled professionals, nurses will continue to be in demand.”

Graduates will be eligible to take the National Council Licensing Examination for registered nurses (NCLEX) and will be prepared for entry-level positions as a baccalaureate-prepared registered nurse.
