Herzing University - Akron’s National Student Nurses’ Association (NSA) raised over $1,200 for Stride for the Cure, which occurred October 7, 2012. Nurses provide hope on a daily basis, and our sensational nursing students believe in doing so in the community through support, education, advocacy, and awareness before they even graduate!

Herzing University announced today that it has been certified as a Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) – a business owned and controlled by a woman or group of women – by the National Women Business Owners Corporation (NWBOC), the first national certifier of WBEs. Over 700 public and private sector individuals participated in establishing the Standards and Procedures of this rigid certification review.
